If you look through the GOMspace financial reports you will see references to them doing work for SAS to upgrade the specs of the 3Diamonds to a larger more powerful Pearls satellite. Meir also stated in the webinar he did for the CR that the majority of the cost for the Pearls would be paid for as they are delivered and not in advance, so anything paid to GOMspace this year could not be for the Pearls build in advance.
