    The main thing that stuck out was that twice the first launch schedule was quoted as 2019.

    Not H1 2019 or early 2019, just 2019. Is that a worrying sign? Traditionally only 4% of C3I projects are delivered on time and on budget. I'd imagine SAS will form part of the 96% majority given the complexities of their objectives.
