    I agree with the valuation and I am sure it will get there it is just when? Time is the biggest variable, I am relatively young and not yet 30 so I reckon I can sit on my lot for at least 5-10 years and see what happens.

    I look at Pinnacle and can see a huge potential there that is hopefully revealed in a more favourable economic climate and it can surpass Marampa by a country mile.
