The September presentation also said commissioning was complete, yet it obviously continued. Maybe to them commissioning means the plant items are all operational (as in the wheels turn)rather than my meaning of commissioniong complete is that it's able to operate and all major issues are sorted.
I look forward to the next quarterly and wait to buy when apparent they are over the startup phase successfully.
