The escrowed shares belong to
a) Craig Rugless
b) Rod Williams
c) Richard Trevillion
all current directors of LMB. This was a part of the original farm in of the project 2 years ago. They are current shares and you can see them in the Top 20 Shareholders. If a director was to start to sell we would see it because they need to announce that transaction.


Additionally there are based on the Korean Project Acquisition at end of 2012:
a) 12.5M Shares that would be issued based on an independently accessed increased JORC resource of 100k tonnes in addition to already announced resource size in Korea.
b)22M Shares on completion of the positive Feasibility Study in Korea showing the project is economic. b) can only be done after a)
