Check out their 05/02/2015 press release. Headline: "$50 million Capital Raising Completed - Provides working capital to support the Olaroz Lithium Plant through production ramp up" The text again emphasizes "We are now well funded to take Olaroz and the Company through to the next stage of development, becoming a profitable operating company."

That, of course, didn't prevent them from returning to the capital markets just a few months later raising another 32M. On 29/06/2015 they issued a press release that states: "$32.3 million Capital Raising Completed - We are now approriately funded to take Olaroz through to becoming a profitable operating company." Ummm, didn't we hear that before?

Now, just a few months later again, the company is running short of cash and pretends they were not going to tap the markets again. HOGWASH, I say! They have lost all credibility earlier this year.
