Yes, I saw that as well.
It is certainly a change from the DFS (1,512 USD/t) and from last years presentations that were quoting 2,000 USD/t.
The "at nameplate" qualifier was always the case - anything less than nameplate will be at higher cost.
The "<" 2500 USD/t gives them some elbow room. There is much about this presentation that seems to be about resetting expectations (and maybe for a change they can under promise and over deliver).
