I will say this, ORE are beyond lucky that the lithium sector has been so hot recently thanks to the reports of $10k prices out of China or this raise would have been done closer to $1 and I wonder who would have actually been interested? It's certainly disappointing to see yet another HUGE amount of funds raised though it was looming as always likely.
