coal has been in the consciousness in Australia at least 150 years. VRBs are an alien timewise untested queer beast.
South Australia has little in the way of an economic interest in coal compared to QLD and NSW, hence politics is different, and so any corruption of the content of certain craniums is much less than other areas. it really is just parochialism.
And time and again i note how polly parrots cant get past 'intermittency' of wind and solar. Should i go to Canberra and bang my head on one of their 'cages'? the light has to seep in somewhere....
