Yes its been a huge mistake to release a SPP so early but the last Jorc disappointed the market as well and I guess now well will see if the SPP gets cancelled as no one in their right mind would take up the SPP with the shares trading at a huge discount.

Problem is now that no one want to buy the shares knowing a discounted SPP will have to be done or a deeply discounted cap raising. Either way in the short turn it will certainly deter people from buying NTL
with the uncertainty on what the final price would be for the cap raise/SPP and also the issue of dilution which will put more short term pressure on the shares.

Its a shame as the price was moving so well before all of this. With gold now starting to fall away we have missed participating in the last $40 - $50 rise in gold because on the SPP and now will have the added pressure of a falling gold price
