    I suppose the view I'm taking is there is no real bargain at current price V SPP for the max 15K.
    If someone is accumulating and participating then that's a different story, but that's too rich for me.

    So by capping you mean someone / company are trying to keep the price around the 19/20 mark in NZ.
    Can you see off market trade volumes?
