The key here is targeting construction in 2018.
Quite a few more things on their to do list I am afraid. This presentation should be accompanied by a Hartley report soon (usually the case). So let's see what Hartley got to say about this latest development. Could make an interesting read.
Given they are targeting a 2018 construction start and the lead time required to stay construction, the financing deal should not be far away.
