@Dhm,
Valid question but I would suggest if you can spend a bit of time understanding GMV's model and the different products and services, it is not just "recording" as you mentioned it is actually way more advanced and broad than just that. RAP is comparable as they are both in the health monitoring/detection segment, the difference is that RAP is focused on providing one specific test in one phone model (iPhone 6). RAP has probably a more "unique" proposition but still a long way for revenue generation and they haven't passed the FDA test yet.
GMV on the hand, offer a broad spectrum of tests, products and services, "data recording" is just one of them. The presentation released today gives a clear picture of what will be GMV's bread & butter, Prizma is just the cherry of top, the majority of the revenue will come from different sources, refer to the GMedDx business model in the presentation. The products and services are not unique but GMV is one of the very first in offering a comprehensive & integrated solution, keep in mind that this team has many years of experience in this field.
@lakota6, I read the presentation few times and I don't have the impression that is a linked to a CR exercise, I tend to agree with
@Glyco, the price is too low and Dr G is doing everything possible to avoid dillution so it would be silly to do it now. Also remember that we had the same idea when a previous presentation was released but nothing happened. The presentation is more like "wake up call" for investors that are too focused on just Prizma, the company is much more than just a mobile phone application.
Interestingly the presentation didn't bother making a comparison with ASX peers however looked at NASDAQ. If you ask me it is clear to me that Dr G is looking for a bigger market, BEAT and IRTC give the target in terms of valuation.
I share the frustrations with other holders for the current share price, it is depressing when I see it every single day, however I always said that this is a long term holding not suitable for traders nor flippers. Some days is hard to remember the reasons why I got in but so far I am still managing.
