Understand … (mind you, I would love to have been buying them for around 2c!!)
It's the absence of news that's the killer. We may be close - subject to something else getting bedded down, or miles away, but there's no way of knowing. The optimist in me is still positive. If STO are going to be the likely buyer, then the fact is they haven't bought anything else either.... so far.
The "informed opinion" is still that all the "smaller" concerns who have gas will get swept up by the majors. I suspect there is much cat and mouse going on. Our Chairman once wore the cat's hat and now he wears the mouse's hat. But at least he knows the roles of both and what you need to do … Guess we need to hang on to this thought in the absence of anything else rock solid to go on : ( )
