Not sure about that. I think there is a lot of jealousy just how good SO4 management are raising cash and pushing things along in what is a difficult market and not exactly easy projects.

BLK goes under I would assume normal T&Cs would cover that. Plus SO4 will be dealing with an administrator who want cash and some positives. BLK or the previous operator received all approvals for an on lake development so I would assume extending this agreement is possible, albeit risk remains until signed.
