I tend to agree @Hiddenvalue. However, if it was possible to exclude the vocal contribution of HotCopper members & there was some way of quantifying BLK shareholder happiness on a scale of 0 to 10 (i.e. 0 = very unhappy & 10 = stoked), I think the answer might be an interesting statistic.
