That is a simple question to answer:

- Indirectly they have, its below $12m as announced and payments are ahead of schedule.

- also a snap shot of the balance sheet will be given as part of the usual unaudited HY financial report. Maybe the notes to the financial's may contain the info?

- No company is required to disclose the amount of accounts payable on a qrtly basis.

In their Sep'19 quarterly, BLK presented the balance of the Working Capital Facility in one sentence....

It remains unclear why BLK failed to disclose the balance of the Working Capital Facility at 31/12/19 with the same clarity as their single-sentence effort in the Sep'19 quarterly. The word that comes to mind is 'obfuscate'.
