My guess, based on the fact that the directors KNOW what information is out there....that they are delilberately NOT giving subjective information which they know we want. Because to do so, would be to indicate that things are NOT as they think we want to hear. Probably the final iinspection has NOT been done, or is NOT satisfactory....or they are still awaiting the news. They simply don't want to be absolutely transparent. That is a 'political' / 'business' decision, but in this case....patience MUST be a virtue....because director managment (their) "honesty" is opaque. Now things could change overnight. Maybe they presented thispresentation and will give a better ann. tomorrow
