    not splitting hairs mate. Govt rhetoric was bending over backwards in light of a Covid recovery, but then Rio went and blew up a cave. Now Govt is back in its approvals shell.
    DMIRS operate under the Mining Act and they are obliged to approve mining projects.
    DWER (not DER) and the EPA operate under the Environmental Act, they are obliged to protect the environment.
    DPLH protects Aboriginal Heritage under the Heritage Act.
    I'm not arguing- just saying approvals are the biggest issue for all mining companies- they get harder year by year given the requirement to consider social and community expectations
