Works Approvals are unrelated to biodiversity. they are part of the process to licence a piece of infrastructure that had an emission.
and you've completely lost the point by demonstrating your incompetence.
all I said in my initial post was that approvals are a risk.
as the resident expert on approvals , can you tell me if all of the aboriginal heritage approvals are complete? I can't find a reference to this in any of the announcements.
