A Works Approval in addition to addressing emissions and discharges from mining and processing including wastewater- solid wastes -acid sulphates - radiological materials but must also have supporting documentation dealing with Sensitive Land Uses - specifying distances from specified eco systems managed by - wait for it -- The Dept of Biodiversity and Conservation DBCA .
This includes threatened ecological communities -flora -fauna and other environmental receptors. The list is endless - of which areas of sensitive biodiversity are part and parcel of having a Works Approval granted.

This conversation is terminated -quite obvious you have lost the argument on Works Approvals and are now changing your focus to Native Title issues.
