I don't mean to be cynical but funding for stage 2 has been in "this quarter" for a number of quarters now.

Also, this presentation, while delightful to my eyes - is very much a sales pitch and it makes me wonder if they've failed again to get a deal they are happy with and are back at the drawing board with hitting up new potential investors.

Seems the "preferred investors" from moons ago have never materialised with a deal, so I hope they aren't just getting started again as this could infer.

If it's just to get more shareholders on board then fair enough, but this elusive funding doesn't seem any closer than ever based on company announcements.
