Sometimes I think so, given the action.
Look at what happened today as a prime example. Price driven lower (was sitting at 5.1c) all day and then suddenly at close we jump to 5.5c. This occurs quite regularly in recent times. Granted the buy/sell is quite gappy but this is a pretty consistent theme.
