Reads to me like the same aspirational targets they've been talking about for what's becoming years now. I'm in total agreement that it's all theoretically possible and if they achieve it the share price would be at least five fold what it is now. But to not include any production figures or info about plant performance makes me skeptical. it wouldn't surprise me if their figures are woeful again and this is to raise cash. Worth monitoring though in case they are at a turn around point. But again- management having no skin in the game also adds to skepticism.
