    So is the project really de-risk or was the short circuit FT just a ploy to justify a restart to fill Lance contracts and raise the funds, could take up to 6 months to ramp up low pH,... Restart or funding wouldn't have been justified with the number of poor recovery rates of distance FT's

    Market is just not buying into the PEN story.
