If you sell on the ex-divvy date or anytime later you will still get the divvy. If you sell before the ex-divvy date you do not get the divvy. Be careful in regard the selling day you choose because to get the franking credits paid to you there is a 45 day rule that applies. That 45 days rule applies from the time you buy to the time you sell. You can google search the 45 day rule for more detail
