Not saying 10% is bad but a drop from 18%+ to 10% is a pretty big drop, so well done to holders who were able to reap such short-term stellar returns.
There were plenty of other companies paying 10%+ in 2023:
NHC (13.3%)
HLI (11.5%)
WDS (10.5%)
WAM (10.3%)
Will be watching what they pay out in September, before I jump in.
