Couldn’t agree with you more. Touching on the QLD royalties, BHP announced their BMA assets inclusive of income tax and royalties equated to an effective tax rate of 62%. Its no wonder mining companies no longer want to do business in QLD. The current QLD coal royalty regime is just outright theft!!
