it's a normal pattern for Yal. Some punters want to profit take before ex-and on ex-div day to avoid the drop and others factor-in the drop and hold it precisely for the mouth-watering dividends, knowing the drop will follow and then the sp will slowly rise again. I'm a LT holder for yield. The drop only affects short term traders or newbies who don't know this pattern. Chart shows this one will rise again pre next dividend. So for those that want to sell they have an opportunity twice a year at least but why would you if you go for juicy yield?
