nobody should sale their shares on Ex-day or few days after, why people do it that I can't explain.
I usually buy shares before dividend announcement and sell them before Ex-day if they are reasonable priced,
this time I believed YALs dividend would be around 35c a lot lower than most people's forecast of 50c+, so I decided to buy after the announcement thought it would be cheaper which was right on the money, and I sold this parcel last Tuesday after it existed my target.
I did not jump back in again today because NEWC is still sliding downward, but sooner than later I will
by the way I'm still holding YAL and getting my dividends, these shares now after 3 years only cost me less than 70c, with a little bit of luck after next dividend it will be free to me
