Imagine a sand pit that removes the topsoil by dozer, take the sand underneath and pushes the topsoil back over the top. This process will create the biggest erosion problems with the drought we are experiencing now. The DVT will at least retain the root systems and reduce the risk of erosion. We are talking about fragile soil types, not heavy soil/iron ore soil which involves clay. We don't want to stuff this up from the beginning of a 100 year mining life IMO.

The EPA have not allowed this to fly through due to the soil profiling, and the risks of erosion and regrowth in this region. I see so many sand pits in the south west still half exposed/eroding 20 years since sand was removed from the pits for house sandpads. This is a quite a unique mine.

The stock price is a reflection on the delays, as people move out for the short term, to buy in when derisked IMO. Anyone who has seen the delays aren't going to buy in, (few people are keen to buy in driving the price south).

Good time to continue to average down IMO.
