He said last document lodged was in October. Like usual, it's what he doesn't say that's critical. Like what documents and requests have been exchanged since October. I would guarantee that there have been many. These are requests for more info etc lol do a VDT test.
He is very hard to watch so boring and uninspiring. You see up rampers, he has you hood winked as crucial info is left out making you think that the fault is all the epa.
