It was Byte Power Group. Basically a tech start up building an Australian based crypto exchange. Looked impressive at the time - ultra high risk but similarities with VRX in that the CEO / MD became arrogant and clearly had no idea how to manage an IT project. Didn't stop him from grabbing all the company's cash through wages and payments and then not paying the relisting fee as he moved it to Singapore. The worst part is that it is still operating so I can't claim a tax loss.
Whilst that was a different business to VRX, the management style is the same - easy going, sharing info, communicating readily at the start, then kaboom. That is my main fear for VRX. yes we have the product but getting into the hands of customers is a long bow for cinnebon who has no experience in it and appears to not listen to anyone else - even the EPA.
