the Iluka trial used as part of the basis of the VRX EPA submission on VDT was an eight year trial from 2012 through 2019
The idea that VRX might conduct another eight year trial - which if started two years ago, as you suggest - would have us still six years away from completing the trial and not yet beginning to prepare an environmental submission, is craziness.
VRX put up the Iluka trial. They adressed the differences in vegetation from the Iluka trial, where that is the case, and how they would manage those differences in the submission
There is no arrogance here
But if you wanted to delay the project another six years, you are certainly coming up with great ideas for VRX to adopt.
Just what are you suggesting?
