The worry is what Virgin and Qantas do in the near future.
Virgin have announced that they are putting more 737s on to their regional Queensland flights. That means less flying for AQZ F100s and F70s.
At the same time, Qantas have started a long flight from Perth to Newcastle using their new A319. Combined with the A220s Qantaslink have, the danger is any downturn will see the AQZ E190s reduced from the roster before Qantas' own planes.
All is well right now and the debt is easily covered. I would prefer to see that debt reduced as soon as the capital program is complete.
