Only couple of things I picked up are that the merger timetable has slipped a month and we should get some assay results before the merger, possibly before the meeting.

When they first announced the merger deal the docs for it were scheduled to come out in August and the meetings were set for September (with it done and dusted in October). Here they say the docs go out in September, the meeting will be held in October, which suggests a November settling.

Oh, another thing is that they have applied for a mining lease for Melville. When they announced the deal the boss of Gascoyne said that they want to get into Melville fairly early next calendar year. While the deal timetable is slipping Firefly and Gascoyne will not want the same to happen with the Melville mining schedule. Time is money in that instance.
