I would love to hear an update on how we are still working on specific cell penetration within the body by any means available, be it systemic or local delivery. Currently we have gone from whole body to a very small and specific field. While there is obvious unmet need and possible commercial outcomes for the eye, it seems that a platform would be able to target any cell specifically, not just a limited area like the eye. Not sure we are quite there yet, but definately some interest at current level. Im curious how cell specific the current or recent trials using AAV's were, are they in the same boat, as in very impressive in mouse models but not so specific to required cells in the human body?
