Last time he was a holder and sold down he decimated the price, if it is who i am thinking. That was a while back and was almost disappointing when i saw he was back in, as we know he wont hesitate to dump again if the feeling takes. seems like we have a tentative buyer at these levels and a large determined seller above 3c level. Buyer nibbles it up a bit and seller just dumps when buy side builds enough to take a hit? Trouble is majority of large holders have hundreds of millions of shares to shift if they want out. 4th largest holder has 120 million.
