Existing shares are going to be diluted to be worth 2.2 cents. Roughly US$ 12 mio.
So maybe it will not be toll milling after all. Forget about Smarts Underground for the time being, just get Troy onboard, build the road and you are sorted. Especially if you have access to NA capital markets and have a bankable NI 43-101. Heck, at these prices it would even make sense to move the plant completely over to Omai. And Troy has special agreements in place for duty-free imports. Might not be that easy/cheap to get a new mill into the country.
