My understanding is this is not the case.
I think you will find that all they have received is regulatory approvals to apply for an underground mining permit based on information supplied by the company.
Not hard to see how you have held this stock from $5 to 3cps.
I am really not sure if you believe your own rose tinted view of events or just want others too
