Quick read through but pleasing to see the large shareholders contribute to the recap. A lot better than VA or liquidation.
Would have liked to see a loan for the development of smarts underground costs so they get some gold sales soon TRY says still in discussion??

There must be a decent amount of gold upside here for the large holders to stump up funds and for creditors to convert to equity.
