Dillution is necessary, if JMS did not bring in the major shareholders which caused massive dillution, yet the price went up when they did, how do people expect JMS to be able to fund these projects. They could never hase raised this absolute neccessary funding to bring this project into fruition if we were still structured as before, our dillution for retail investors is minimul what about the major shareholders, they had to agree with this before it happened. More power to Gilbertson he is going to build a great company despite the whining of the day traders who have no idea what it costs to build a mine.
