I am not so sure the vote will go YES
The market doesn't think so because the shareprice has only fallen since the Opportunists arrived.
Of course Oceanic could ensure sucess by exercising all their 17 000 000 options.
But they are out of the money; I forgot that.
I predict a capital raising @ $0.02 and all the gun traders are waiting for that pricepoint to buy in.
