I had a call from someone on behalf of directors this afternoon- they tried to tell me that the shareprice had fallen on 10/11 when the announcement of the general meeting was called - but the real action was of course on 15/9 where the initial news was presented and the share price rocketed 40% within 2 trading days!
They also mentioned a couple of other reasons to vote against....... none of which is worth even mentioning.
It has really made me go to the effort of voting FOR (which I was intending on doing anyway...if share price can rise 40% on the CHANCE of happening then imagine what it could do if passed!)
