Annoying indeed! It seems Beasley alone is the board member with whom the others cant work.
Boardroom shenanigans and public spats are all too common among junior bio stocks, and speccies in general. Calling for an EGM spill is his right - albeit very expensive for him and the company, to say nothing of the distraction.
Those who can muster the votes will prevail, and without institutional blocs on the register, its up to Beasley to herd a whole bunch of nervy shareholders. Additional time delays in the EGM/AGM play into his hand to build support and negative outcomes can be blamed on the board's current leadership/bolster his claim as a white knight.
