Can’t the people in question see this or understand the ramifications of possibly getting booted out of THC rather than leaving voluntarily?

It wouldn’t look good on their resume, although their resumes already have a few black marks on them (when you take into account a few of the companies that have tanked previously where their names popped up on boards as directors I suppose)....
