There is no way the quarterly report was written by "them" but by Carl Dumbrell. He's the only current board member that actually knows what is going on. This delay is a complete farce. High quality work and various milestones were achieved during CY 2018 only to be disrupted by two directors who appear to have some malicious intent. There must be a much quicker resolution to the current stand off tactics of those board members who know who they are. The company needs fresh funding but not for the compensation of lawyers to fund this foolish activity.We all know what happened to the NAB executives !!!
