A total disaster. Indonesian PSC's (production sharing contracts) under their current format are why the major oil companies avoid Indonesia like the plague. I'm not going into the details of why here other than to say they all have a sting in their tail by forcing producers to keep spending on exploration to be able to continue collecting revenue from existing production e.g. in the case of CUE the Sampang PSC.
It may be with a new President Indonesia may change their attitude to foreign investment. Time will tell.
