When one partner drops out like this, but another continues with no apparent advantage, one can really seldom know who is the more astute imho. Does SPC have access to better or worse geological expertise? Are they better at making the geological judgement call?
I am not aware of any tax or cost of capital advantage or disadvantage that one has over the other?
