Not a good sign because Company Sec departs? You must be joking Bright30 if you think this has any sort of material impact on the company. If the cleaner left it would have more of an impact and I mean that with all seriousness.

Do you understand the role of the Company Sec and how little importance they have in terms of the strategic direction of a business.

People come and go from companies all the time and it seems opportunistic to try and thread this announcement together with a doomsday type scenario. Scaremingering at its best.
